Terms and Conditions for
9 Miles Swimming Academy:
- Enrollment: By enrolling in any program or service offered by 9 Miles Swimming Academy, participants and their legal guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Health and Safety: Participants must ensure that they are in good health and free from any medical conditions or injuries that could hinder their ability to participate safely. It is the responsibility of the participant or legal guardian to inform 9 Miles Swimming Academy of any relevant health concerns or conditions.
- Liability: While 9 Miles Swimming Academy takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment, participants and legal guardians acknowledge that swimming carries inherent risks. 9 Miles Swimming Academy and its staff shall not be held liable for any
injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in any program or activity. - Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the rules and instructions provided by 9 Miles Swimming Academy and to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior that endangers oneself, others, or disrupts the learning environment may result in disciplinary action or termination of participation without refund.
- Payment and Refunds: Payment for programs or services offered by 9 Miles Swimming Academy is due in accordance with the payment schedule specified. Refunds will be issued based on the academy’s refund policy, as outlined in the terms and conditions. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of participation.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Participants must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined by 9 Miles Swimming Academy. Any cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made in accordance with the specified notice period to avoid penalties or loss of lessons.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials, belong to 9 Miles Swimming Academy. Participants and legal guardians shall not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.
- Privacy: 9 Miles Swimming Academy respects the privacy of participants and legal guardians. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of program administration and communication. The academy will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or with express consent.
- Amendments: 9 Miles Swimming Academy reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants and legal guardians will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the programs or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
