Refund Policy

   3. c. Withdrawal due to Medical Reasons: In the case of withdrawal from programs or services due to a documented medical condition, participants may be eligible for a pro-rated refund upon submission of appropriate documentation.
      
      
2. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees or charges may be non-refundable. These may include but are not limited to registration fees, administrative fees, or any non-recoverable expenses incurred by 9 Miles Swimming Academy on behalf of the participant.
