Cancellation Policy for
9 Miles Swimming Academy:
- Notification: Any cancellation or request to reschedule a lesson should be communicated to 9 Miles Swimming Academy as soon as possible.
- Advance Notice: A minimum of 24 hour’s advance notice is required for individual lesson cancellations or rescheduling. For group lessons or other programs, a longer notice period may be specified.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the specified notice period may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of the lesson without a refund. The specific details of the cancellation fee or policy will be outlined in the terms and conditions provided by 9 Miles Swimming Academy.
- Make-Up Lessons: Subject to availability, 9 Miles Swimming Academy may offer make- up lessons for cancellations made with the required advance notice. The scheduling of make-up lessons will depend on the availability of instructors and pool facilities.
- Medical or Emergency Situations: In the event of a documented medical condition or emergency situation preventing attendance, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. It is necessary to provide appropriate documentation or proof to be eligible for any exceptions.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: In cases of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances that render the pool unsafe or unavailable, 9 Miles Swimming Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons. Such cancellations will be communicated to participants as early as possible.
